About Japanese Symbols

Japanese characters are popular in stylish names, both for their meaning and their shape. This collection includes common kanji with their meanings, katakana that resemble Latin letters, decorative marks such as 彡 and 〆, and kaomoji faces made from symbols.

Check the meaning before using kanji in a name; some popular gaming characters such as 亗 are chosen for shape rather than meaning.
